Next is a refreshing stop in the lush, beautiful Argyroupoli, famous for its Holy Power springs, a verdant place with water flowing from every corner. The village stands on the site of the ancient city of Lappa, whose name was changed to Stibolis in the Middle Ages and later took on its current name.
Here, one can relax and enjoy distinctive traditional flavors as well as local specialties such as the renowned "Antikristo Arni" (roast lamb) in one of the taverns that serve many visitors every year.

On the way back, we can stop at the beautiful town of Rethymno, built on the northern coast of Crete. It has been a large settlement since the 5th century BC and is associated with the ancient Minoan city-state of "Rithymna."
The city has a rich history and tradition, and you can admire the Fortezza fortress from the Venetian period, as well as the many mosques from the Ottoman occupation of the island. You can wander through the beautiful alleys of the city and see its architecture, with its characteristic buildings and hammams. There you can also visit the local shops, find traditional products and souvenirs, and if you wish, relax and enjoy your coffee in the beautiful cafes that you will find throughout the coastal area of the city.
